I have been developing websites and applications for over ten years. Before I turned freelance in January 2007 I worked for Synchronica PLC (formerly DAT Group PLC) creating enterprise grade tools and applications for blue chip clients such as Orange(UK), Deloitte, Tescos, T-Mobile, The Commonwealth Games and Microsoft.
I use mostly Microsoft .Net Framework technologies for developing and I am an avid adherent of Web Standards.

Web Standards
Web Standards are about adhering to ratified guidelines and industry best practices. Sites developed using Web Standards will continue to result in lean, fast loading pages that are accessible to more users, more internet connected devices and are easily indexed by search engines. Additionally, as desktop browsers evolve and new devices reach consumers, websites developed using these guidelines will continue to look and function as intended and will be easier to maintain and operate.
